This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit narmadadarshan.com or contact us about Narmada Darshan by WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, phone or email.

Who we are

Narmada Darshan is a residential plotted colony at Village Gopalpur, Bhedaghat, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. Dheeraj Properties, Jabalpur, is the sales and marketing partner for the project. We run this website and the project’s enquiry channels, and we answer enquiries on behalf of the project owner. Dheeraj Properties decides how enquiry information is used and is responsible for it under this policy.

What we collect

• When you use the enquiry form: the form does not send anything to us or store anything on this website. It opens WhatsApp (through a wa.me link) with your name, number, the option you chose and your message filled in; we receive nothing until you send that WhatsApp message yourself. The Meta Pixel counts that the form was used, but not what you typed (see below).
• When you message, call or email us: your name, phone number, email address or social media profile, the messages, photos or files you send, and the details you share about the plot you are looking for. If you start a chat with us by tapping one of our ads, Meta tells us which ad it was.
• If you go ahead with a booking: the identity, address and payment details needed for the booking and the agreement.
• When you browse this website: the home page uses the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta that the page was visited and whether you tapped a call or WhatsApp button or submitted the enquiry form. It does not send what you type into the form. The Pixel places a cookie in your browser, and Meta may combine this with other information it holds to measure our ads and to decide who is shown our ads and other ads. You can control how Meta uses this for ads in the Facebook or Instagram app under Accounts Centre > Ad preferences, or at accountscenter.facebook.com/ad_preferences. See Meta’s Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it

• to answer your questions and send you project details, prices and documents you ask for;
• to arrange site visits and follow up on your enquiry;
• to keep a record of enquiries, bookings and the conversations behind them;
• to measure which of our ads bring enquiries.

Automated replies

Some messages are answered automatically. On Instagram and Facebook, replies to comments are set messages, and most replies to direct messages are written and sent by an AI assistant without a person checking each one first. If you message our WhatsApp number from one of our ads, you may get an automatic welcome message and set answers to common questions. Type TEAM in the chat at any time to pause automatic replies there, so a member of our team can reply.

Who we share it with

• the project owner, when you want to book a plot or need project documents;
• the service providers that make this possible: Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook), our website host, and the software and AI providers that store and help answer our messages;
• authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

How we protect it

Only our team can open the accounts and the enquiry software we use, and we share information with service providers only to run these services.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records while your enquiry or purchase is active, and after that only for as long as we need them for our records or the law requires. You can ask us to delete them sooner. We will, except for records the law requires us to keep, such as booking, payment and agreement records.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you and who we have shared it with, ask us to correct, update or delete it, withdraw your consent, or name someone to do this for you if you cannot. If you no longer want messages from us, tell us in the same chat (WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook), by phone or by email, and we will stop sending you messages about the project.

This website and our enquiry channels are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above.
